In this remote role, you will coordinate proposal activities from initial planning through final submission, ensuring every deliverable meets client requirements, quality standards, and deadlines. You will collaborate with technical teams, proposal managers, marketing professionals, and business leaders to gather information and create compelling, persuasive content. The position combines strong writing and editing skills with project coordination, document management, and quality control. You will also help improve proposal workflows, maintain reusable content libraries, and ensure consistent branding across submissions.
