Director, CX Strategy

We are seeking an experienced Director of Customer Experience (CX) Strategy to build and lead a centralized Voice of Client (VoC) program from the ground up. In this strategic individual contributor role, you will define the program's architecture, establish its operating model, and develop a comprehensive approach to capturing and leveraging client feedback. You will bring together insights from multiple channels, transforming fragmented customer signals into actionable recommendations that drive business improvements. Working closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams, you will influence strategic decisions and strengthen the overall client experience. You will also evaluate technology solutions, establish governance frameworks, and lead high-impact optimization initiatives.
