Working closely with product leaders, developers, and business stakeholders, you will help translate business needs into actionable product requirements and development initiatives. You will analyze AI-driven conversations, review performance metrics, and identify opportunities to enhance product functionality and user experience. Your insights will help detect technical issues, improve customer interactions, and support data-driven product decisions. You will also contribute to product operations, testing, documentation, and release coordination while leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows.
