Senior Director, Head of Commercial Operations and Analytics

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Head of Commercial Operations and Analytics based in the United States.

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on commercial operations leader to build and lead the operational infrastructure supporting the anticipated U.S. launch of an innovative cell therapy for a rare disease. This senior leadership role will oversee commercial analytics, forecasting, sales operations, field enablement, CRM systems, and performance management. You will translate commercial strategy into scalable processes, reliable data capabilities, and actionable business insights that support successful product launch and long-term growth. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, Finance, Medical Affairs, IT, Legal, and Compliance, you will ensure operational readiness across the commercial organization. You will also manage external technology and data partners while building a high-performing team as the business expands.
