Sales Representative (B2C)

Join a customer-focused sales team as the first point of contact for homeowners interested in professional home services. In this fully remote role, you will manage incoming inquiries, understand potential customers’ needs, and guide qualified prospects toward appointments with the sales team. Most interactions will take place through text-based conversations in a CRM, with occasional phone calls when needed. You will help create a positive first impression by providing clear information, responding promptly, and making the scheduling process straightforward. Rather than focusing on cold calling or outbound prospecting, you will work with people who have already expressed interest in the services. This opportunity is ideal for a responsive, organized communicator who enjoys helping customers and contributing directly to the sales process.
