Director of Sponsorship Sales

The Director of Sponsorship Sales will lead the development and growth of the sponsorship and strategic partnership revenue function for a major sports and entertainment venture. This is a high-impact opportunity to build a commercial operation from the ground up, identifying valuable partners and converting opportunities into long-term revenue relationships. You will leverage an established industry network and a proactive outbound approach to engage senior decision-makers across brands, agencies, media, sports, and entertainment. From developing sponsorship packages and pricing strategies to negotiating complex agreements, you will own the full partnership sales cycle. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you will shape commercial strategy, deal structures, and revenue forecasts.
