Engineering Manager - Storefront

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engineering Manager - Storefront based in Brazil.

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and develop a high-performing engineering team responsible for a business-critical e-commerce and payments platform. In this role, you will drive the modernization of a large-scale storefront system while improving its performance, reliability, and scalability. You will combine strong technical expertise with hands-on people leadership to turn individual talent into consistent team delivery. Working closely with senior engineers, you will guide architectural decisions and lead the transition toward a more cloud-native environment. You will also help the platform prepare for significantly higher transaction volumes while strengthening engineering practices and operational excellence.
