Practice Director, Data & AI

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Practice Director, Data & AI based in the United States.

The Practice Director, Data & AI will lead and scale an integrated Data & AI practice, driving its strategic direction, commercial growth, operational excellence, and technical capabilities. This leadership position combines deep expertise in data architecture, artificial intelligence, and solution design with strong business and people management skills. You will oversee the development of innovative, repeatable offerings across data modernization, AI transformation, and AI infrastructure and operations. Working closely with sales, delivery, and strategic technology partners, you will translate emerging technologies and customer needs into scalable solutions and measurable business outcomes. You will also build and develop a high-performing team, strengthen strategic partnerships, and accelerate the adoption of professional and managed services. This is an opportunity to shape a growing practice, influence executive-level customer engagements, and drive meaningful business transformation through data and AI.
