This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Junior Customer Onboarding Analyst – Spanish (LATAM) based in Brazil.

As a Junior Customer Onboarding Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience for corporate clients across Latin America. You will act as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation journey, coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring project milestones are achieved. Working closely with clients and cross-functional internal teams, you will help drive product adoption and resolve implementation challenges. You will also monitor operational KPIs, oversee distributor integrations, and ensure clear communication throughout each project.
