Regional Director, Southeast

We are seeking an accomplished conservation leader to oversee regional initiatives focused on protecting and restoring rivers across the southeastern United States.
In this senior leadership role, you will guide a geographically distributed team, develop regional strategies, and advance high-impact conservation projects and advocacy campaigns.
You will build strong partnerships with public agencies, community organizations, funders, businesses, and policymakers to promote clean water and healthy rivers.
As the region's primary spokesperson and lead fundraiser, you will strengthen the organization's visibility while securing the resources needed to achieve long-term conservation goals.
You will also collaborate with national program leaders to align regional priorities with broader environmental strategies.
This remote leadership opportunity combines strategic planning, team development, fundraising, and hands-on engagement with conservation partners.
