Working across sales, customer success, data, and analytics teams, this role combines strategic account leadership, data-driven insights, and cross-channel marketing expertise. You will build trusted client relationships, develop forward-looking roadmaps, and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and customer engagement. By leveraging first-party data and audience intelligence, you will help clients strengthen personalization and optimize their marketing investments. The role is remote within Canada, with a focus on supporting clients and senior stakeholders through innovation and measurable growth.
