Working closely with international stakeholders and national offices, you will align workforce planning with operational needs while promoting collaboration and continuous learning. The role combines strategic leadership, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on recruitment expertise in a diverse, multicultural environment. Your work will directly contribute to a humanitarian mission focused on expanding access to safe surgical care and strengthening healthcare systems.
