Customer Service Rep - Corporate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Service Rep – Corporate based in the United States.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by handling service requests and resolving inquiries efficiently and accurately. You will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, primarily through inbound calls, while occasionally making outbound calls to follow up on outstanding issues. Working within a collaborative and service-oriented team, you will use your communication and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. You will also maintain accurate customer records, process service requests, and enter operational information related to billing and route scheduling. Your contribution will help maintain service quality, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen customer satisfaction. This fully remote opportunity offers a chance to develop your customer service expertise within an established environmental services organization.
