Associate Director, HR Operations

The Associate Director, HR Operations will play a pivotal role in strengthening the people, financial, and internal communication systems that support a mission-driven organization dedicated to advancing research into rare kidney diseases. This fully remote leadership opportunity combines human resources management, financial coordination, and operational planning to ensure the organization runs efficiently and effectively. Working closely with the Head of Operations, you will oversee employee lifecycle processes, HR systems, benefits, payroll, budgeting, and internal communications. You will serve as a trusted partner to employees and leadership, providing clear guidance, maintaining accurate records, and supporting informed decision-making. The role requires strong organizational skills, financial acumen, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
