Senior AI Engineer (AI Automation)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior AI Engineer (AI Automation) based in Brazil.

The Senior AI Engineer will build and deploy AI-powered agents, automations, and internal applications that help Product, Product Marketing, and Design teams work more efficiently. Embedded directly within these teams, you will collaborate across the product lifecycle, from early discovery to launch and adoption. You will turn operational challenges and rough ideas into practical, production-ready solutions, giving teams faster access to customer insights and data. The role combines strong software engineering with advanced applied AI expertise and significant end-to-end ownership. Working in a globally distributed, fully remote, async-first environment, you will have the autonomy to shape priorities and deliver meaningful improvements at speed. Your work will help teams reduce repetitive tasks, improve decision-making, and scale their impact through reusable AI solutions.
