Head of Marketing & Growth

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Marketing & Growth based in Brazil.

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and commercially minded Head of Marketing & Growth to build and lead an end-to-end B2B growth engine. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of marketing-generated pipeline and revenue contribution, helping diversify acquisition beyond existing partner referrals. You will shape go-to-market strategy, refine positioning, and lead multi-channel demand generation initiatives. Using data, experimentation, and AI-powered tools, you will optimize marketing performance and improve acquisition economics. You will also build scalable marketing operations and reporting frameworks in HubSpot. This is an executive-level opportunity to make a measurable impact in a lean, fast-growing technology and professional services environment.
