We are seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead and scale a global engineering organization within a fast-growing, AI-driven technology environment. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise, ensuring engineering teams consistently deliver high-quality, reliable solutions. You will manage and develop engineering managers across multiple teams, establish strong execution practices, and drive continuous improvements in engineering performance. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate business priorities into impactful technical outcomes. You will also provide architectural guidance, oversee production reliability, and champion AI-assisted development practices.
