Account Director (West Coast)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Director (West Coast) based in the United States.

The Account Director will play a pivotal role in expanding the agency's presence on the U.S. West Coast, with a particular focus on the gaming and entertainment industries.
Combining strategic leadership with hands-on account management, you will oversee major client relationships with gaming publishers, platforms, and brands.
You will lead creative teams in developing impactful social-first campaigns, influencer initiatives, creator partnerships, and gaming activations.
The role requires a deep understanding of gaming culture, digital communities, and emerging social trends to deliver authentic and engaging experiences.
You will also take ownership of account profitability, identify business development opportunities, and drive sustainable client growth.
Working across creative, strategy, influencer, and production teams in the U.S. and UK, you will foster collaboration and ensure outstanding campaign delivery.
