Senior Director of Sales, Chiller Solutions

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director of Sales, Chiller Solutions based in the United States.

This senior leadership role will drive the growth and execution of a North American data center cooling solutions business, with responsibility spanning sales, engineering support, project management, and aftermarket operations. You will shape commercial strategies and strengthen relationships with hyperscale operators, colocation providers, cloud service providers, and other key industry stakeholders. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you will help expand market presence, achieve revenue and profitability goals, and support the delivery of complex, mission-critical projects. You will also influence product development by translating customer needs and emerging technologies into actionable market insights. This is a home-office-based opportunity requiring regular travel, ideally suited to a strategic leader who can build strong teams and deliver operational excellence in a rapidly evolving data center market.
