Senior Performance Marketing Manager

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel performance marketing campaigns within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. You will take ownership of significant advertising budgets across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and X, with a strong focus on generating qualified pipeline and measurable revenue growth. Working closely with Growth Marketing, Account-Based Marketing, SEO, and Revenue Operations teams, you will develop integrated campaigns that reach enterprise audiences and accelerate business performance. You will use data-driven insights, experimentation, and advanced attribution techniques to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment. The role also offers the opportunity to shape marketing strategy, develop email nurturing programs, and lead a small team. You will join a globally distributed, fully remote environment that values accountability, collaboration, and continuous innovation.
