ABOUT THE ROLE

A Client Partner owns a portfolio of accounts from the day the first contract is signed. You are the person a client's VP of Engineering calls when they need three more engineers by Q3. You are also the person who notices, before the client does, when one of our squads is drifting off the outcome we promised. You own the relationship, the renewal, the expansion, and the number.

This is not an inbox-farming account manager role. You will carry a retention and growth target, sit across the table from client executives, and lead the shift from staff augmentation toward consulting engagements built around outcomes. Responsibilities & Core Duties

• A portfolio of U.S. client accounts: their health, their satisfaction, their renewals, and their revenue.

• Net revenue retention and expansion. You grow accounts by adding engineers and squads, and by attaching Furiosa work such as AI Delivery Pods, the AI Acceleration program, and advisory and governance engagements.

• The account operating rhythm: quarterly account plans, QBRs and executive business reviews, monthly cadence on Tier 1 Strategic accounts, and an account health score you keep honest.

• Renewals and commercials: SOW and MSA extensions, pricing that stays above our margin floor, and a forecast leadership can trust.

• The delivery partnership. You work alongside our delivery leads and LatAm talent org so the people we place are set up to hit the outcome. When a fit isn't right, you manage the change without drama.

• Multi-threaded executive relationships. You build trust beyond a single champion, up to the C-suite, so an account doesn't wobble when one person leaves.

• Voice of the customer. What you learn in accounts feeds our Furiosa offerings and go-to-market. You are the early-warning system and a source of new ideas.

REQUIREMENTS (WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE):

• Seven or more years owning client relationships and a revenue number in staff augmentation, IT services, consulting, or enterprise SaaS, selling to and serving U.S. companies.

• A real track record on retention and expansion: renewals closed, accounts grown, quotas carried and hit. Bring the numbers.

• Fluency in how software actually gets built: agile teams, engineering staffing, distributed or nearshore delivery. You don't need to write code. You do need to hold a credible conversation with a VP of Engineering.

• Command of the commercial mechanics: SOWs, MSAs, margin, and forecasting. You can price a deal and defend the margin.

• Enough grounding in enterprise AI adoption to talk roadmap with a client executive and tell what's real from what's hype. We will deepen it; you bring the instinct.

• Executive presence and consultative instincts. You listen first, you name the hard thing, and people trust you with the big decision.

• Native-level English and comfort working in U.S. business culture.

NICE-TO-HAVES (WHAT WILL SET YOU APART):

• You've worked inside a nearshore or offshore delivery model and know where it strains.

• You've sold or delivered AI, ML, or data services.

• Portuguese or Spanish.

• You've built account management structure, not just worked within one. We are building this function now, and there is room to shape it.
