About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients — a YC-backed (W25) technology company — is hiring a Financial Modeling Specialist to build, review, and improve sophisticated financial and business models used within structured AI training workflows.

This is a highly analytical, execution-focused role for finance professionals with strong backgrounds in financial modeling, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, corporate finance, or financial consulting.

You’ll build complete financial and operating models, develop forecasting and KPI frameworks, review models for accuracy and structural integrity, and help establish scalable modeling standards.

This role is ideal for someone who can take broad financial requirements, structure them independently, and produce clean, accurate, scalable, and well-documented financial models.

  • Document assumptions and methodologies.
  • Maintain clear modeling conventions.
