Finance & Venture Capital Executive

Dynime is a technology-driven company focused on building and delivering modern digital solutions across software, AI, automation, SaaS, web development, and digital transformation.

As Dynime continues to grow, we are looking for a highly capable Finance & Venture Capital Executive to own our core finance and accounting operations while helping the company identify, approach, and secure external investment and fundraising opportunities.

This is a hybrid role for someone who understands both financial management and capital raising. You will work closely with management and play an important role in strengthening Dynime's financial foundation and supporting its growth through strategic fundraising.

The Finance & Venture Capital Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day finance and accounting activities, preparing financial reports and forecasts, monitoring cash flow, and supporting financial planning.

In parallel, the role will focus on venture capital, investor research, fundraising, and investor relationship management, including identifying potential investors, preparing fundraising materials, conducting investor outreach, coordinating due diligence, and supporting investment discussions.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and combine strong financial discipline with commercial thinking, research ability, communication skills, and an understanding of startups and venture capital.

Finance & Accounting

• Manage and maintain Dynime's day-to-day financial and accounting records.

• Record and organize company income, expenses, transactions, invoices, bills, and payments.

• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Monitor bank transactions and perform regular bank and cash reconciliation.

• Track company cash flow, working capital, revenue, expenses, and financial obligations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Assist in preparing profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash-flow statements, and management reports.

• Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.

• Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts.

• Identify unnecessary costs, financial risks, and opportunities for improved financial efficiency.

• Maintain proper documentation and financial records for audit and compliance purposes.

• Coordinate with accountants, auditors, tax professionals, banks, and other financial service providers when required.

• Support tax, regulatory, statutory, and corporate financial compliance activities.

• Establish and maintain appropriate financial controls and reporting processes.

• Provide management with accurate financial information for strategic and operational decisions.

Venture Capital & Fundraising

• Research and identify relevant venture capital firms, angel investors, private investors, strategic investors, funds, accelerators, and other potential funding sources.

• Build, maintain, and continuously expand Dynime's investor database and fundraising pipeline.

• Evaluate potential investors based on investment thesis, sector, geography, ticket size, stage, and strategic fit.

• Develop and maintain investor outreach lists and relationship records.

• Support the preparation of investor pitch decks, financial models, investment teasers, company profiles, fundraising documents, and data rooms.

• Prepare clear financial projections and investment-related analysis for fundraising activities.

• Conduct market and industry research to support Dynime's investment story and fundraising strategy.

• Initiate and manage professional communication with prospective investors.

• Conduct investor outreach through appropriate channels and maintain consistent follow-ups.

• Coordinate investor meetings, calls, presentations, and information requests.

• Track investor conversations, interest levels, follow-ups, due diligence requests, and fundraising progress.

• Support management during investor negotiations, due diligence, term-sheet discussions, and investment processes.

• Help communicate Dynime's business model, growth opportunity, financial performance, market potential, and funding requirements to prospective investors.

• Identify strategic funding opportunities and potential partnerships that can accelerate company growth.

• Maintain confidentiality of all financial, corporate, investor, and fundraising information.

Financial & Investment Analysis

The successful candidate should be capable of analyzing:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience preferred.

• Practical experience in finance, accounting, corporate finance, financial analysis, fundraising, investment, venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of accounting and financial management.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.

• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Experience preparing investor-facing financial information and presentations.

• Understanding of venture capital, startup financing, fundraising processes, and investment structures.

• Strong research and analytical skills.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.

• Ability to organize and manage multiple financial and fundraising activities simultaneously.

• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Strong business judgment and commercial awareness.

• Ability to handle confidential financial and investment information professionally.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities in a remote environment.

Strongly Preferred

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be highly valued:

• Successfully supporting or executing a startup fundraising round.

• Direct experience communicating with VCs, angel investors, PE firms, or strategic investors.

• Investor sourcing and investor outreach.

• Investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate finance, or startup finance.

• Financial modeling and company valuation.

• Preparing pitch decks, investment memorandums, or fundraising materials.

• Managing financial operations for a startup or technology company.

• Experience with SaaS, software, AI, technology, or digital businesses.

• Existing professional relationships within the investment or startup ecosystem.
