Junior Software Developer

We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Developer to contribute to the design, development, and testing of software solutions within an Agile framework. This role involves understanding business requirements and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
We are looking for a Software developer who will:

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, adhering to Agile principles.

• Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive Business Requirements Documents.

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using established coding standards and best practices.

• Perform thorough debugging and troubleshooting of software defects to identify and implement effective solutions.

• Execute Software Product Testing, including unit, integration, and system testing, to ensure software quality and functionality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, resolve technical issues, and deliver successful projects.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals through Technical Writing.

Is this opportunity right for you? We’re looking for candidates who have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience with .NET development.

• Familiarity with Agile Principles and methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with AI platforms.

• Ability to understand and interpret Business Requirements Documents.

• Proficiency in Debugging techniques and tools.

• Demonstrated experience in Software Development, including coding, design, and implementation.

• Understanding of Software Product Testing concepts and practices.

• Strong Technical Writing skills for creating clear and concise documentation.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
