About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Tax Analyst with solid and recent hands-on experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector — not a services-oriented profile with limited exposure to industrial taxation.

If you have strong knowledge of ICMS-ST, IPI, contract manufacturing, and the ability to confidently validate SPED Fiscal Block K (Bloco K), this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and execute the complete indirect tax compliance cycle for an industrial operation, including IPI, ICMS, ICMS-ST, and PIS/COFINS.
  • Oversee end-to-end ancillary tax obligations, including SPED Fiscal (with Block K), EFD Contributions, EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb, and GIA.
  • Manage the tax aspects of contract manufacturing, triangular transactions, and goods transfers.
  • Work with MVA, DIFAL, CIAP calculations, and ICMS-ST tax configuration.
  • Take direct responsibility for tax configuration within TOTVS Protheus (TES and Tax Configurator).
  • Support tax audits and propose solutions to identified tax risks, demonstrating ownership and initiative rather than simply executing assigned tasks.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Recent experience (within the last 3 years) as a Tax Analyst in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Independent and in-depth knowledge of IPI, ICMS, ICMS-ST/DIFAL, and PIS/COFINS.
  • Experience with TOTVS Protheus (experience with Datasul or RM is also acceptable).
  • Functional English proficiency for communication with headquarters.

Nice to Have:

  • SAP/J1BTAX experience
  • Experience working in a multinational group.
  • Familiarity with Brazil's Tax Reform.
