<p><strong>Role Summary and Impact</strong></p>
<p>As <strong>Media Solutions Growth Director</strong> for Colombia and Peru, you will be the strategic and commercial driver responsible for accelerating the expansion, maturity, and profitability of the group's digital media portfolio (optimizing margins and business delivery within Nexus). Your core impact lies in transforming advanced programmatic capabilities, full-funnel 360 product solutions (SEO, performance, retail media, and adtech/data), and volume-based direct negotiations with major platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) into compelling, high-converting business propositions for C-level clients and regional new business pitches. Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will blend commercial acumen, technical excellence, and modern leadership strategies tailored to engage and develop Gen-Z talent, ensuring operational rigor in media activation while driving scalable, sustainable growth across both markets.</p>
<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>10+ years in the digital and media agency industry</strong>, leading activation, ad operations (Media Ops), and omni-channel strategy across Colombia and/or Peru.</li>
<li><strong>Team Leadership (10+ members):</strong> Proven track record managing operational and commercial teams, applying modern leadership strategies to engage, develop, and retain <strong>Gen-Z talent</strong>.</li>
<li><strong>Profitability & Business Management (Nexus):</strong> P&L and account margin optimization, ensuring revenue delivery and operational efficiency within agency platforms (<strong>Nexus</strong>).</li>
<li><strong>Media Negotiation & Volume Agreements:</strong> Proven success closing strategic volume deals and performance commitments with major platforms (<strong>Google, Meta, and TikTok</strong>).</li>
<li><strong>Pitches & New Business:</strong> Leading pitch responses and delivering compelling consultative storytelling to <strong>C-Level</strong> decision-makers.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Programmatic & Adtech Mastery:</strong> Advanced expertise across DSPs and buying platforms (DV360, Xandr, Taboola, Sizmek, etc.).</li>
<li><strong>360 Product Vision:</strong> In-depth, full-funnel knowledge across Performance, SEO, Retail Media (Mercado Ads), Paid Social, and Content.</li>
<li><strong>Data & Analytics:</strong> Strategic activation of 1st-Party Data, attribution modeling, GA4, DMPs, and CDPs.</li>
<li><strong>Hybrid Leadership:</strong> Strong blend of hands-on technical rigor, aggressive commercial acumen, and high-level strategic vision.</li>
<li><strong>Commercial Modeling & Storytelling:</strong> Advanced Excel skills for financial/margin modeling, paired with high-impact executive presentation capabilities (PowerPoint/Keynote).</li>
