Aligns work to the strategic initiatives and roadmap set by the platforms operations lead</li> <li>Lead the software engineering team best practices, leadership and people management.</li> <li>Design, build, and evolve modern digital products using C#, TypeScript, and React (as applied to Next.js and Remix).</li> <li>Develop APIs and backend services using .NET Core and relational databases, supporting composable and data-driven architectures.</li> <li>Build cloud infrastructure in&nbsp;<strong>AWS or Azure</strong>&nbsp;using <strong>Terraform</strong>&nbsp;for Infrastructure as Code.</li> <li>Manage&nbsp;<strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong>&nbsp;with <strong>Azure DevOps</strong>&nbsp;to automate build and deployment processes.</li> <li>Work closely with Product, UX, Strategy, and DevOps specialists to co-create high-quality, outcome-focused solutions.</li> <li>Integrate with headless SaaS tools like Contentful, DatoCMS, Prismic, Algolia, and others in the composable ecosystem.</li> <li>Apply DevOps and performance engineering practices — including caching, observability, and scalability — to deliver resilient products.</li> <li>Contribute to our Software Engineering discipline, sharing knowledge and helping shape how we build and deliver technology at Code.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills and Experience</strong></p> <p>At WPP Media, we believe in the power of our culture and our people.
