Success will be measured through revenue growth, pipeline conversion and solution adoption.<br><br></p> <p><strong>Skills and Experience&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <p><strong>Commercial Growth &amp; Growth Insights&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Translate analytics, measurement and performance data into actionable commercial opportunities and client recommendations.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Partner with analytics teams to quantify business impact, strengthen ROI cases and support solution recommendations.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Develop insight-led narratives that demonstrate the value of WPP Media capabilities.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Use data and market intelligence to improve prioritisation, forecasting and decision-making.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Monitor industry trends, market developments and competitive activity to identify emerging growth opportunities.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Regional Growth Execution&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Establish disciplined ways of working for opportunity management and growth planning across APAC.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Drive stakeholder alignment, clear actions and execution across strategic opportunities.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Lead business reviews focused on pipeline health, growth performance and commercial outcomes.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Build strong relationships across markets, practices and functions to accelerate execution of the regional growth agenda.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>What you’ll need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Significant experience across media, commercial strategy, business development, consulting, analytics or client leadership.</li> <li>Proven success managing growth pipelines, commercial opportunities or strategic client programmes.</li> <li>Experience developing integrated client solutions across media, analytics, data, technology and AI.</li> <li>Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting, opportunity management and revenue growth.</li> <li>Experience leading strategic pitches, proposals and growth initiatives.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.</li> <li>Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Ability to influence and drive execution across complex, matrixed organisations.</li> <li>Experience working across multiple APAC markets is highly desirable.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Success Measures:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Revenue influenced through strategic opportunities.</li> <li>Pipeline conversion and opportunity velocity.</li> <li>Strategic pitch and proposal win rate.</li> <li>Adoption of priority solutions and capabilities.</li> <li>Growth of analytics, technology and AI-led offerings.</li> <li>Delivery of measurable client value and business outcomes.</li> <li>Forecast accuracy and commercial performance against targets.</li> <li>Stakeholder satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration.</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Life at&nbsp;WPP Media&nbsp;&amp;
