<p><strong>The Role </strong></p>

<li><strong>Lead and Inspire:</strong> You’ll directly manage, coach, and empower a brilliant, growing team of Experience specialists (SEO, GEO, analytics), fostering a highly collaborative and supportive culture.</li>
<li><strong>Client Champion:</strong> Act as the day-to-day strategic lead for key accounts, building deeply trusted relationships and ensuring our delivery consistently smashes client KPIs.</li>
<li><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Drive the high-quality delivery of our Experience products across WPP Media agencies, refining workflows and scaling our frameworks for success.</li>
<li><strong>Commercial Growth:</strong> Play a crucial part in the business by supporting pitch responses, spotting fresh growth opportunities within existing portfolios, and keeping projects profitable.</li>
<li><strong>Tech & Innovation:</strong> Stay ahead of the curve by playing with the latest tech, from cutting-edge LLMs to smart SEO automation, to keep our strategies sharp and impactful.</li>

<p><strong>Ideal Skills and Experience</strong></p>
<p>This role is perfect for a strategic, tech-savvy leader who loves mentoring a team just as much as they love diving into SEO analytics and driving brilliant commercial outcomes for top-tier clients. We’re also looking for;</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>SEO & GEO Mastery:</strong> Deep, hands-on expertise across SEO, GEO, analytics, and reporting, with a proven ability to translate complex data into brilliant, actionable strategies.</li>
<li><strong>Leadership Chops:</strong> Demonstrated experience in managing, mentoring, and developing mid-level and junior staff, helping them build their craft capability.</li>
<li><strong>Client-Facing Brilliance:</strong> Stellar communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving continuous improvement in client satisfaction.</li>
<li><strong>Commercial Acumen:</strong> Solid experience in monitoring project profitability, managing team resourcing, and assisting with scoping and new business pitches.</li>
<li><strong>Tech-Agility:</strong> A tool-agnostic, adaptable mindset with the ability to confidently navigate diverse platforms, search engines, and market research tools.</li>
