Who we're looking for: We are seeking a Senior Product leader to own the foundations that enable WPP teams, clients and partners to use WPP Open securely and at scale, while supporting its commercialisation. You will set the strategy and roadmap across access, workspaces, integrations and SaaS commercial management.  You are:  An enterprise platform product leader who has delivered complex products from strategy through adoption and commercialisation.   A systems thinker with strong technical fluency, commercial judgement and the ability to simplify complexity.   A decisive portfolio leader who uses evidence to prioritise investment and make clear trade-offs.   An influential people leader who aligns technical, commercial and executive stakeholders.  What you'll be doing: Product strategy and leadership   Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for the product area, aligned to WPP Open priorities and measurable outcomes.   Lead portfolio investment choices, sequencing and governance, prioritizing opportunities based on customer value, commercial impact, strategic differentiation and delivery feasibility.   Establish rigorous operating cadence across OKRs, KPIs and roadmap reviews, and provide senior leaders with clear narratives on progress, tradeoffs, risks and investment needs.   Partner across Engineering, Architecture, Security, Privacy, Design, Delivery and Deployment & Enablement to deliver secure, scalable capabilities.   Access and workspaces   Define the product vision for a scalable, SaaS-ready platform that supports self-service across different client, market and vertical models.  Deliver flexible workspaces for agency-led, multi-client and client self-service models, with clear ownership and controls.   Own the product strategy for identity, accounts, roles and permissions across organisation, client, workspace and campaign levels, partnering with Architecture and Security to deliver a secure and seamless experience.  Enable secure access for WPP teams, clients and partners, including direct client use of WPP Open.   Platform observability, notifications and approvals  Own Core platform observability capabilities, including telemetry, monitoring, diagnostics, and operational insights that enable teams to measure platform health, identify issues proactively, and ensure reliable service delivery.  Lead the development of Open's notification and approval platform, providing flexible, configurable, and scalable services that support products, workflows, and agents across the ecosystem.  Commercialisation   Build the foundations for licensing, entitlements, usage metering, billing and invoicing.   Own the product vision for how we will implement a combination of output and outcome-based pricing models through products across the platform  Ensure the platform includes built-in cost controls, auditability and reconciliation capabilities to support direct and indirect commercial models.  Build and lead the product organization   Build, lead and coach a high-performing Product Management organization across the portfolio and geographies.  Align Product, Design, Engineering, Architecture, Data and Delivery around coordinated roadmaps and clear accountabilities.  Represent the portfolio to senior leadership with clear, concise narratives on strategy, outcomes, risks and tradeoffs.  What you'll need: Extensive product leadership experience across enterprise platforms, SaaS, identity and access, workflow technology or digital asset ecosystems.   Proven experience setting platform strategy and leading interconnected roadmaps, investment decisions and business outcomes.   Strong understanding of identity, authentication, authorisation, role-based access control, multi-tenancy and data segregation.   Experience delivering enterprise integrations through APIs; familiarity with DAM, PIM and work management platforms is preferred.   Commercial product experience across licensing, entitlements, metering, subscriptions, billing, pricing or packaging.   Ability to partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Privacy and Legal to deliver secure, reliable products.  Strong product discipline across discovery, research, prioritisation, analytics, KPIs and evidence-based decision-making.  Experience leading product managers and influencing global, matrixed teams; marketing services, AdTech or MarTech experience is an advantage.    If you are ready to be at the forefront of the AdTech industry, shaping its future, and driving success for both our clients, we encourage you to apply and join our team.  Who you are: You're open: We are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views.
