Orchestration to own and deliver the platform capability that connects production workflows, data, and systems across WPP’s global production ecosystem.<br>Sitting within Enterprise Technology, this role will work across business, product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver reliable integrations and scalable orchestration capability that supports Production Operations requirements.<br>The ideal candidate will combine strong stakeholder and communication skills with a solid technical understanding of APIs, integration patterns, orchestration principles, and agile delivery.<br>This role requires a Product Lead who can translate agreed business and technical requirements into clear, structured and engineering-ready backlog items, user stories and acceptance criteria that enable predictable delivery at enterprise scale.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></span></p> <p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Own and prioritise the Integration &amp; Orchestration platform backlog, ensuring alignment to enterprise technology strategy and Production Operations priorities.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Own and evolve the Integration &amp; Orchestration platform roadmap, balancing platform sustainability, engineering considerations, business priorities, and long-term capability needs.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, Product, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, and Service teams.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Translate agreed business and technical requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, non-functional requirements and delivery priorities that enable effective engineering delivery.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Produce high-quality, engineering-ready requirements that are clear, testable, prioritised, technically feasible and traceable to business outcomes.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Own and prioritise delivery of API-first, event-driven, asynchronous, and system-to-system integrations across SaaS and bespoke platforms.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Facilitate workshops and working sessions to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguity, identify dependencies, and align implementation approaches across teams.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Communicate priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Partner with Engineering and Architecture to ensure secure, scalable, reusable, and reliable platform outcomes.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure integration and orchestration capabilities are implemented consistently, reliably, and in alignment with agreed business and product requirements.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure acceptance criteria define success, failure, and edge-case scenarios clearly enough to support estimation, development, QA validation, and release readiness.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Act as the primary owner for the Atlas platform backlog, ensuring integration and orchestration capability is prioritised, implemented, and evolved in line with strategic platform objectives.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you'll need:</strong></span></p> <p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Technical Analyst, Platform Owner, or Integration Lead in a complex enterprise environment.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong understanding of API design, API-led integration, system-to-system integration, workflow orchestration, event-driven patterns, domain-driven design, and data exchange.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience managing a technical backlog in an agile delivery environment, including user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritisation, and refinement.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Proven experience writing clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria that engineering and QA teams can use directly for estimation, development, validation, and release readiness.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong understanding of non-functional requirements for enterprise platforms, including security, performance, resilience, observability, scalability, data quality, error handling, and operational support.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to work effectively with engineers, QAs, architects, product teams, operations, and senior business stakeholders.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex integration concepts in clear business language.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Confident facilitating discussion, managing expectations, resolving ambiguity, and influencing priorities across multiple teams.<br><strong>(Desirable Experience)</strong><br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience in media, content production, marketing, or workflow-driven environments.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Exposure to iPaaS, API management, orchestration, or enterprise integration platforms.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Familiarity with enterprise SaaS ecosystems across workflow, finance, resource, asset lifecycle, or approval systems.<br>• &nbsp;
