You will have the opportunity to blend Python development and cloud engineering with cutting-edge AI-powered development practices while engaging directly with clients and stakeholders to drive impactful results. <h3>What you’ll get to do</h3> <ul> <li> Solution Design & Architecture: Analyze business and technical requirements, make sound architectural decisions, and design both high-level system flows and lower-level components. </li> <li> Software Development: Design, build, and maintain software applications using Python and modern engineering practices. </li> <li> AI-Assisted Engineering: Leverage AI tools across the development lifecycle to optimize coding efficiency, enhance code quality, and streamline problem-solving. </li> <li> Stakeholder & Client Collaboration: Collaborate directly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to clarify requirements, confirm decisions, and lead technical discussions. </li> <li> Independent Ownership: Work independently and proactively to move projects forward while ensuring alignment with architectural constraints, technical standards, and project goals. </li> <li> Continuous Innovation: Continuously explore, learn, and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and engineering methodologies. </li> </ul> <h3>What you should have</h3> <ul> <li> Python & Core Engineering: Practical Python development experience. Strong problem-solving skills, sound engineering judgment, and a quick-learning mindset are valued above niche specialization. </li> <li> AI-Assisted Development: Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for using AI tools to accelerate software development, debugging, and problem-solving. </li> <li> Cloud Engineering: Hands-on experience developing and deploying applications on at least one major cloud platform (preferably Azure). </li> <li> Technical Architecture: Intermediate architecture skills with the ability to translate high-level system requirements into actionable component designs. </li> <li> Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to lead client-facing conversations, clarify complex requirements, and drive technical alignment. </li> <li> Ownership & Initiative: High accountability and proactivity—someone who takes pride in owning outcomes end-to-end and adapting to changing technical environments. </li> </ul> <h3>Bonus points if you have</h3> <ul> <li> Experience with Microsoft Azure is required.
