<p>As part of Verve, we've unified the company's demand-side offering, bringing together the largest on-site search intent dataset outside of walled gardens, direct SDK integrations with top apps, alongside data partnerships with 3M+ websites and LLMs. Our technology captures both what consumers do and why they do it, delivering high-fidelity audiences, insights, and activation across premium omnichannel inventory.</p>
<p>We’re hiring a Revenue / Yield Ops Manager to oversee the performance of Verve’s digital ad campaigns that run across our supply network. This person will work closely with our Operations, Client Services, and Supply teams, focusing on the big picture - how campaigns are delivering, and where we can improve yield and efficiency. You’ll connect the dots between campaign data, app-level delivery, and revenue - making sure everything runs smoothly and profitably.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities include</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor delivery, pacing, and margins across our traffic sources and apps.</li>
<li>Identify where to scale or pull back supply to improve yield and revenue.</li>
<li>Analyze campaign and supply data to surface trends and opportunities.</li>
<li>Build and maintain simple dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Operations, CS, Sales, Product, and Tech teams to improve efficiency.</li>
<li>Spot and communicate macro trends in traffic, performance, and profitability.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Here are a few indicators that you're the right person</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3–5 years in Revenue Ops or Yield Management.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and Excel/BI skills (Looker, Tableau, etc.).</li>
<li>Solid understanding of digital media delivery and monetization models.</li>
<li>A data-driven mindset and ability to turn insights into clear actions.</li>
<li>Strong communicator who thrives cross-functionally. Ability to collaborate across Operations, Sales, Product and Tech.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work nights and weekends during heavy-up or peak campaign periods.</li>

<p><strong>Greater NY-area Residents: We currently have a hybrid remote work policy. All Verve For Advertisers employees living within a 90-minute (one way) commute of our NYC office are expected to be in the office three days per week.</strong></p>
