considered for this role, you must have:  <ul> <li>Experience delivering digital programs for health systems, payers, or life sciences organizations, including work with clinical, marketing, and IT stakeholders. </li> <li>10+ years of experience as a Project Manager within digital agencies, consulting firms, product engineering firms, or technology organizations. </li> <li>Proven experience managing end-to-end digital product development and software delivery initiatives. </li> <li>Experience working with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, and planning tools such as MS Project or similar. </li> <li>Experience managing both Fixed Price and Time & Materials engagements. </li> <li>Experience delivering Agile projects and working with pod-based delivery models. </li> <li>Practical experience leveraging AI tools in everyday work to accelerate project and product delivery. </li> <li>Strong knowledge of project governance, scope management, risk management, budgeting, and resource planning. </li> <li>Experience building, interpreting, and utilizing dashboards, KPIs, and delivery metrics to drive decision-making. </li> <li>Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills. </li> <li>Solid technical background with the ability to work closely with engineering teams and address technical, integration, and accessibility considerations. </li> <li>Experience managing cross-functional teams in dynamic delivery environments. </li> </ul>    Nice-to-have qualifications  <ul> <li>Familiarity with the healthcare digital ecosystem, such as EHR-connected patient experiences (e.g., Epic MyChart), provider directories and scheduling, privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, PHIPA), and WCAG accessibility considerations. </li> <li>Previous Product Owner experience, including backlog prioritization and translating business goals into user stories and acceptance criteria. </li> <li>Experience delivering on Adobe Experience Manager (including Edge Delivery Services) or similar enterprise CMS platforms. </li> <li>Experience delivering programs across multiple brands, sites, or business units. </li> <li>Experience working with globally distributed teams. </li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. </li> <li>PMP, Scrum Master, The offered salary range is 130,000 - 150,000 CAD annually, depending on experience and location.     Valtech offers a comprehensive benefits package effective after three months of continuous service: <ul> <li>A comprehensive insurance plan, where you can choose the module that best suits your needs—Gold, Silver, or Bronze. The employer may contribute up to 80% of your coverage depending on the selected module. This plan includes short- and long-term disability coverage.</li> <li>Dialogue via Sun Life provides virtual healthcare services, allowing you to consult with a healthcare professional for emergencies, prescription renewals, and more. You also have access to the Employee and Family Assistance Program, as well as a complete mental health support program.</li> <li>A $500 Personal Spending Account, which can be used for healthcare reimbursements, gym memberships, public transit passes, office supplies, or contributions to your RRSP through Valtech.</li> <li>A retirement plan where Valtech will match 100% of your RRSP contributions through a Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), up to a maximum of 4%. You can start contributing to your RRSP immediately, and to the DPSP after 3 months.
