You will run complex software delivery end to end, working with distributed, cross-functional teams across several countries. We need someone who combines strong technical understanding with excellent soft skills, and who own outcomes rather than just processes.</p> <p><strong>The ideal candidate</strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ years of project management experience in a software development environment, including at least 3 years in client-facing roles at a service company or agency.</li> <li>Technically strong: comfortable discussing architecture, integrations, APIs, environments and release processes with engineers. Able to challenge estimates and spot technical risk early.</li> <li>Strong command of Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery setups.</li> <li>Proven ownership of scope, timeline and budget on medium to large projects.</li> <li>Experience managing several projects or workstreams at the same time.</li> <li>Experience leading distributed teams across countries and time zones.</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management, including with senior client contacts.</li> <li>Strong negotiation skills on scope, timelines and change requests.</li> <li>Calm and constructive in escalations and difficult conversations.</li> <li>Clear, structured verbal and written communication.</li> <li>Hands-on with Jira and Confluence, and with MS Office.</li> <li>English at B2+, with confident spoken English for client calls.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Also considered</strong></p> <ul> <li>Candidates with prior Delivery Manager experience, provided they are ready to work hands-on at project level.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p> <ul> <li>A technical background (ex-engineer, BA or QA).</li> <li>Relevant domain experience.</li> <li>Previous experience in management Data Engineering/Science projects will be a plus</li> <li>Hands-on use of AI tooling in delivery.</li> <li>Professional PM certifications (PMP, PSM, PRINCE2).</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>The role</strong></p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Plan, manage and control scope, budget and timeline of software delivery projects.</li> <li>Act as the main point of contact for the client on day-to-day delivery and own the client relationship at project level.</li> <li>Negotiate scope, priorities and change requests with client stakeholders.</li> <li>Identify and manage risks, dependencies and technical issues early, working closely with tech leads.</li> <li>Allocate work and manage workload across the team.</li> <li>Keep a distributed team aligned, motivated and productive.</li> <li>Run Agile ceremonies and continuously improve delivery processes.</li> <li>Provide clear, regular reporting on status, risks and budget to the client and internal management.</li> <li>Give performance feedback to team members and input into their development.</li> <li>At Lead level, additionally: mentor other PMs and contribute to delivery standards across the account.</li> </ul> <p><strong><span class="TextRun MacChromeBold SCXW105898609 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW105898609 BCX0">If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
