You bring <strong>[7+ years]</strong> of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.</p> <p>You will thrive in this role if you are:</p> <ul> <li>A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo</li> <li>A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing</li> <li>Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data</li> <li>Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)</li> </ul> <p>Role responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design, deploy and manage secure <strong>GCP infrastructure</strong> with <strong>Terraform</strong>, including reusable modules, remote state and environment promotion.</li> <li>Build and maintain <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong> for infrastructure changes, with code review, policy checks and automated validation.</li> <li>Design and operate <strong>cloud networking</strong>: VPC architectures, subnets, firewall rules, Cloud NAT, Cloud DNS and load balancing.</li> <li>Set up hybrid connectivity with <strong>Cloud VPN or Cloud Interconnect</strong> and manage shared networking across projects.</li> <li>Apply <strong>IAM</strong> least privilege, organization policies, service accounts and secrets management across projects.</li> <li>Set up monitoring, logging and alerting with <strong>Google Cloud Operations Suite</strong>, Prometheus or Grafana.</li> <li>Improve availability, performance and cost efficiency, and support incident response and root cause analysis.</li> <li>Automate recurring operational tasks with <strong>Python or Bash</strong>.</li> <li>Use <strong>AI assistants</strong> such as <strong>Gemini</strong> and <strong>Claude</strong> to develop and review infrastructure code, and to speed up documentation and troubleshooting.</li> <li>Set infrastructure standards, review changes and mentor other engineers.</li> <li>Work with application, security and delivery teams, and document designs and runbooks.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Must have qualifications</span></strong></h3> <p><span data-contrast="auto">To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><strong>[7+ years]</strong> in cloud or infrastructure engineering, including <strong>[3+ years]</strong> of hands-on experience with <strong>Google Cloud Platform</strong>.</li> <li><strong>Expert-level infrastructure and networking skills within GCP</strong>, including VPC design, firewalls, load balancing, DNS, shared VPC, and VPN or Interconnect.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Terraform</strong> building and maintaining infrastructure as code.</li> <li>Working knowledge of core GCP services such as Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage and IAM.</li> <li>Experience with CI/CD tools and <strong>Python or Bash</strong></li> <li>Experience designing <strong>landing zones</strong>, resource hierarchy and governance on GCP.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>AI-native delivery</strong>, using AI assistants to develop code and automate infrastructure work, with familiarity with <strong>Gemini</strong> and <strong>Claude</strong>.</li> <li>Experience guiding technical work or mentoring other engineers.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with client teams.</li> <li>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Nice to have qualifications </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></h3> <ul> <li>Google Cloud certification, such as <strong>Professional Cloud Architect</strong>, <strong>Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer</strong> or <strong>Professional Cloud Network Engineer</strong>.</li> <li><strong>HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate</strong>.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>data center to GCP migrations</strong>.</li> <li>Experience operating <strong>Kubernetes (GKE)</strong></li> <li>Experience with observability tools such as Cloud Operations Suite, Prometheus and Grafana.</li> </ul> <p><strong><span class="TextRun MacChromeBold SCXW105898609 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW105898609 BCX0">If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
