a strategic digital commerce programme for a leading <strong>luxury brand within the LVMH Group</strong>.</p> <p>You will play a key role at the intersection of <strong>technology, architecture, e-commerce and digital experience</strong>, contributing both to the technical direction of the CoreMedia platform and to the successful delivery of complex digital projects.</p> <p>You will act as a <strong>technical reference for the development team</strong>, helping define robust and scalable solutions while supporting Senior and experienced Developers in their technical growth.</p> <p>The role can be based in <strong>Portugal, Germany or France</strong>, with a requirement to work onsite with the client in <strong>Paris La Défense for a minimum of three consecutive days every responsibilities</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as the <strong>technical lead and main technical point of contact</strong> for the CoreMedia squad, towards client architects, product owners and stakeholders.</li> <li>Define and own the <strong>technical architecture and design</strong> of CoreMedia Content Cloud solutions (Studio, CAE, Headless Server, Content Delivery APIs), ensuring scalability, performance, security and maintainability.</li> <li>Remain <strong>hands-on</strong> on the most complex developments: custom content types, Studio extensions, Blueprint customisation, templates and Spring-based back-end components.</li> <li>Lead <strong>code reviews</strong> and enforce engineering standards, <strong>test automation</strong>, quality gates and technical documentation.</li> <li>Design and secure the <strong>integration of CoreMedia with the wider ecosystem</strong>: e-commerce platform, PIM, DAM, search, personalisation, CDN and other third-party services through APIs.</li> <li>Translate business and functional requirements into <strong>technical solutions and stories</strong>, contribute to estimation, backlog refinement and sprint planning.</li> <li>Drive <strong>CI/CD, environments and deployments</strong> (containers, cloud), release readiness and production support, including incident analysis and <strong>performance tuning</strong>.</li> <li>Manage <strong>technical debt, CoreMedia upgrades</strong> and Blueprint evolution, and anticipate technical risks and dependencies.</li> <li><strong>Coach and mentor</strong> developers, promote knowledge sharing, onboard new members and foster technical autonomy and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Work in an <strong>Agile (Scrum / SAFe)</strong> setup: contribute to ceremonies and, in a SAFe environment, to <strong>PI Planning</strong> and the identification of technical dependencies across teams.</li> <li>Ensure clear <strong>reporting and visibility</strong> on technical progress, risks and quality, using Jira and Confluence.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Must have qualifications</span></strong></h3> <p><span data-contrast="auto">To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><strong>7+ years of experience in Java/JEE development</strong>, including <strong>3+ years on CoreMedia</strong> (Content Cloud / CMS, Studio, CAE, Headless Server, Blueprint).</li> <li>Strong expertise in <strong>Java, Spring / Spring Boot, Maven</strong>, <strong>Freemarker/JSP templating</strong> and <strong>JavaScript / TypeScript</strong>.</li> <li>Solid experience designing <strong>REST and GraphQL APIs</strong> and <strong>headless / hybrid CMS architectures</strong>.</li> <li>Proven experience as <strong>Tech Lead or Lead Developer</strong>: technical decision-making, architecture, code review and mentoring.</li> <li>Experience integrating a CMS with <strong>e-commerce platforms, PIM, DAM and search</strong> solutions in a complex enterprise landscape.</li> <li>Good knowledge of <strong>Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes</strong> and a cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP).</li> <li>Good understanding of <strong>performance, caching, security, SEO and accessibility</strong> for large-scale web platforms.</li> <li>Experience working in <strong>Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe)</strong> with <strong>Jira and Confluence</strong>.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and ability to work with <strong>technical teams, business stakeholders and clients</strong>, in <strong>onsite and distributed</strong> setups.</li> <li><strong>Fluent English (C2).</strong></li> </ul> e-commerce platforms or marketplaces (e.g. <strong>SAP Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, commercetools</strong>).</li> <li>Front-end / headless experience (<strong>React, Next.js, Node.js</strong>).</li> <li>Experience with <strong>observability and performance testing</strong> tools (e.g. Grafana, Datadog, JMeter).</li> <li>Experience in large-scale Agile organisations and <strong>SAFe</strong> ceremonies such as PI Planning.</li> <li>Experience with collaboration tools such as <strong>Miro</strong> or equivalent.</li> <li><strong>French</strong> is a strong asset
