<p><strong>The Role </strong></p>
<p>As a <strong>QA Manager</strong>, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring<strong> 10+ Years</strong> of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. </p>

<p><strong>Role Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>At least 10+ Years of QA Project Management experience with Playwright, Selenium Automation. Lamdatest, Postman Should be well versed with people management and problem-solving skills</p>
<p>AI skills: </p>
<p>This role oversees the delivery of AI-powered testing services across multiple application streams<br>Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve factory efficiency<br>Ensure CI/CD integration across Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and JIRA/X-Ray pipelines<br>Own the roadmap for AI Copilot phases planned in TF</p>
<ul>
<li> Develop and execute automation scripts on Desktop, Web,iOS Mobile native apps <br>• Experience on TestComplete. Selenium tools and data amalysis <br>• Experience in Retail eCommerce Domain<br>• Java, Programming Knowledge & Automation - Selenium Tool Scripting <br>• Excellent software debugging and problem solving skills <br>• Consult with development engineers in resolution of problems<br>• Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality</li>
</ul>
<p>Note; Project Management Expert level, top class members with excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, enthusiastic and ability to learn quickly and contribute and grow.</p>
<p><strong>Must have qualifications</strong></p>

<li>Good Understanding on s/w testing & expertise on Managing Testing Projects<br>• Drive the adoption and evolution of AI-powered testing tools — GitHub Copilot and AI platform<br>• This role oversees the delivery of AI-powered testing services across multiple application streams<br>• Strong experience on building Automation Testing strategy and a driving force towards implementing innovation solutions that addresses the entire breadth of client applications in the evolving world of digital and retail platforms<br>• experience in defining end to end testing strategy for enterprise companies across web, mobile, desktop and implementing testing process for global digital platforms.<br>• Strong knowledge on AI tools/ Functional/e2e/API testing and Automation frameworks<br>•Preparing Test Metrics document. Interacting with developers and business analysts to resolve all testing-related issues.</li>
