<p><br>As a <strong>Senior Product Manager – Software</strong>, you will be part of the <strong>Torizon </strong>group, driving key product initiatives across Toradex’s software portfolio — from embedded Linux to cloud-based tools and services. You will co-own product areas with the PM Software Team end-to-end, from ideation to delivery, ensuring they align with the broader product vision and strategy defined by the company.</p>
<p>Torizon is a Linux-based industrial <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text">IoT</span> platform that simplifies modern iterative development, maintenance, and operation of distributed edge devices. It is a scalable full-stack DevOps-oriented solution, seamlessly integrating device hardware & software (including a Linux OS), development tools, cloud-based remote updates & fleet management, for high reliability and security applications.</p>
<p>You will collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams to define priorities, work on end-to-end pipelines, and deliver impactful solutions to our customers. While reporting to the PM Team Lead, you will play a leadership role within the team by influencing direction and fostering cross-functional alignment.</p>
<p>This position is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution within a highly technical and collaborative environment. You are expected to be comfortable working with AI daily.</p>
<h2>Roles & Responsibilities</h2>
<p>This role involves prioritizing and executing multiple initiatives in parallel, highlighting your independence and ability to drive several product areas simultaneously.</p>
<ul>
<li>Own and drive one or more product areas or initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to delivery.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Torizon Cloud Team Lead, Product Designer, Product Security, and Front-end Developers, focused on the SaaS portion of the Torizon Platform.</li>
<li>Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to validate product direction and gather feedback.</li>
<li>Translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.</li>
<li>Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.</li>
<li>Participate in market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews.</li>
<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of product management processes and tools.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Desired Candidate Profile</h2>
<h2>Mandatory:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Strong ownership mindset with a record of driving initiatives independently.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and product management methodologies.</li>
<li>Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role (3–5+ years preferred).</li>
<li>An analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.</li>
<li>Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer value.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) business models.</li>
<li>Experience using AI agents, skills, and MCP to accelerate daily tasks and processes.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Nice to have</h2>
<ul>
<li>Experience with embedded Linux, DevOps, or IoT platforms.</li>
<li>Understanding of cloud infrastructure, OTA updates, and device management.</li>
<li>Experience with developer tools, issue tracking (e.g., Jira), and analytics platforms.</li>
<li>Prior experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on technical products.</li>
<li>Experience working in a startup environment or early-stage company, fast-paced, and with a flat hierarchy</li>
<li>Previous experience working with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).</li>
</ul>
<h2>Willing to learn:</h2>

<li>Deep technical aspects of Toradex software stack, including Embedded Linux, over-the-air updates, and related tooling.</li>
<li>How Embedded Linux products fit market regulations such as the EU CRA, and how Torizon delivers solutions that simplify compliance.</li>
<li>How to apply standard product frameworks to the niche market of Embedded Linux.</li>
<li>Scaling product processes in a globally distributed organization.</li>
