This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, security and scalability of our server, cloud and network platforms across multiple locations worldwide.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="428" data-local-id="5ab6f3282810">The ideal candidate combines strong infrastructure operations experience with expertise in cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, virtualization and business continuity.</p> <p></p> <p></p> <h2 data-renderer-start-pos="605" data-local-id="4039c3561026"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="629" data-local-id="73c751b1be3f">Manage and optimize hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="629" data-local-id="73c751b1be3f">Maintain the availability, performance and security of server platforms and core infrastructure services.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="629" data-local-id="73c751b1be3f">Administer Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization platforms and cloud infrastructure.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="629" data-local-id="73c751b1be3f">Support enterprise networking, connectivity and remote access solutions.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="629" data-local-id="73c751b1be3f">Manage backup, disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="629" data-local-id="73c751b1be3f">Monitor infrastructure health, performance and capacity.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="629" data-local-id="73c751b1be3f">Lead infrastructure improvement and modernization initiatives.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="629" data-local-id="73c751b1be3f">Provide Level 3 support for critical infrastructure issues and incidents.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="629" data-local-id="73c751b1be3f">Collaborate with Security, Engineering and Workplace teams to deliver stable and secure services globally.</li> </ul> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1387" data-local-id="6d21c0f99ef3"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">&nbsp;</strong></p> <h2 data-renderer-start-pos="1390" data-local-id="b06475663643"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Required Experience &amp;
