You will be involved in architecture, tools and platforms to solve business needs and tools around internal processes automation to improve quality and performance of internal clients.<br>As part of the Engineering team, based in Europe, this role will bring you great opportunities to work on various projects, technologies, with a diverse range of teams.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>Key responsibilities</strong><br>Thunes infrastructure runs in AWS, we use Kubernetes and docker. For Treasury Automation our technical stack is: Python, FastAPI, Vue.js, postgres, redis, Prometheus + Grafana + OpenSearch.<br>As an engineer, you’ll be responsible for</div> <ul> <li>Developing and enhancing treasury automation product</li> <li>Building and improving time series models for forecasting cash flow</li> <li>Debugging production issues related to forecasting, configuration, data flow</li> <li>Ensuring reliability and uptime of the service</li> <li>Improving engineering standards and holding a high bar for code quality and simplicity</li> </ul> <div><strong>What we are looking for</strong></div> <ul> <li>4+ years of professional software development experience – you have worked on systems that are deployed in production environments</li> <li>A strong grasp of computer science fundamentals when it comes to dealing with API, web and backend systems</li> <li>A bias towards shipping early and iterating. We believe in making small incremental changes to existing system instead of large quarter releases</li> <li>Experience with python and pytest</li> <li>Math and statistical background, in particular experience with time series forecasting or eagerness to dig into it</li> <li>Experience with Vue.js and jest</li> <li>Experience in creating and optimizing complex SQL queriesSound like you?</li> </ul> <p>Our stack:</p> <p>Python, FastAPI, Golang, Vue.js, postgres, redis, Prometheus + Grafana + OpenSearch</p>
