Working closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other teams, you will coordinate priorities, manage timelines, remove blockers, and ensure projects are delivered successfully.</p> <p>This role would suit a proactive, organized, and technically minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As an AI-first company, we expect you to actively use AI, automation, and data in your day-to-day work to streamline project execution, improve decision-making, and drive operational efficiency.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Manage cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery.</li> <li>Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders to align priorities and track progress.</li> <li>Develop project plans, manage timelines, track milestones, and identify dependencies.</li> <li>Proactively identify blockers, resolve challenges, and escalate risks when needed.</li> <li>Monitor project performance, maintain documentation, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.</li> <li>Leverage AI and automation to streamline project management workflows, improve reporting, and increase productivity.</li> <li>Drive AI adoption by identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, integrate AI into project workflows, and improve how teams work.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.</li> <li>Support product launches, system implementations, and other strategic initiatives.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h2> <ul> <li>1-2 years of experience in project management, program management, operations, or a related field.</li> <li>Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and deliver results.</li> <li>Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li> <li>Experience working across technical and nontechnical teams.</li> <li>Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Comfortable working with technical systems, APIs, data, and new technologies.</li> <li>AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools to solve problems, automate workflows, analyze information, and improve day-to-day productivity.</li> <li>Proactive mindset with strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to drive projects forward.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Bonus Points For</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Experience in telecommunications, cloud communications, SaaS, or API-driven platforms.</li> <li>Familiarity with Telnyx products, APIs, or communications infrastructure.</li> <li>Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Linear, or Monday.com.</li> <li>Experience with SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.</li> <li>Experience building AI-powered workflows or automations using scripts, APIs, or no-code tools.</li> <li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and process improvement practices.</li> <li>Experience coordinating product launches, technical integrations, or operational initiatives.</li> </ul> <p>Join Telnyx and help build the operational foundation behind global connectivity.
