The expected level will vary depending on the seniority of the role.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><h4><strong>Role:</strong></h4> <p>The Internal AI Solutions Team leads the transformation of the company’s internal processes through Generative AI, improving how teams operate across the organization.</p> <p>We work closely with business teams to understand how work actually gets done, identify opportunities to simplify and redesign processes, and build AI powered solutions that create measurable operational impact.</p> <p>We’re a small, highly autonomous team with a working style similar to an early stage company. Roles are highly generalist, and we value people who are proactive, pragmatic, and comfortable moving from understanding a business problem to designing and implementing the solution.</p> <p>For this role, you will work particularly closely with the Operations team, helping identify and solve both complex and repetitive operational challenges through process improvement, automation, and AI.</p> <h4><strong><br>What you’ll be doing:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Working closely with business stakeholders to deeply understand existing workflows, pain points, bottlenecks, and manual processes;</li> <li>Proactively identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, or redesign processes, rather than only responding to predefined technical requirements;</li> <li>Translating operational problems into pragmatic AI powered tools, automations, and software solutions;</li> <li>Owning solutions end-to-end, from process discovery and solution design through implementation, deployment, adoption, and iteration;</li> <li>Building and integrating AI-driven applications using LLMs, APIs, internal systems, and workflow automation;</li> <li>Handling both front-end and back-end development when needed, ensuring seamless integration across our tech stack;</li> <li>Measuring the impact of implemented solutions and continuously improving them based on user feedback, operational metrics, and observed outcomes.</li> </ul> <h4><strong><br>What you need to have:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, automation, AI engineering, or a similarly technical role;</li> <li>Strong hands-on proficiency in JavaScript (React, Node.js) and/or Python;</li> <li>Experience building practical software solutions and integrating multiple systems through APIs;</li> <li>Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent models;</li> <li>Proficiency in SQL and confidence working with data to understand processes and measure outcomes;</li> <li>A strong continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to analyze how a process works today and identify ways to make it simpler, faster, more reliable, or more scalable;</li> <li>Experience working directly with business or operational stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into concrete solutions;</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills, particularly in environments where the problem is not fully defined upfront;</li> <li>High levels of ownership and autonomy, with a bias toward experimentation and execution;</li> <li>Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non technical teams.</li> </ul> <h4><br>What we would love to see:</h4> <ul> <li>Experience with Lean, Kaizen, continuous improvement, process engineering, or operational excellence methodologies;</li> <li>Experience automating operational workflows or transforming manual business processes;</li> <li>Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrating structured and unstructured data into LLM workflows;</li> <li>Practical experience building or orchestrating AI agents;</li> <li>Experience with workflow automation platforms or agentic systems;</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud;</li> <li>Understanding of AI governance principles.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">*The range below reflects base, variable, and equity for this role.</span></p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">This is a starting point, not a ceiling — once someone joins and proves they're outlier talent, we adjust quickly to make sure their compensation matches their impact.</span></p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Job titles may span more than one career level, so actual pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and market demand, among other factors.
