<p>Every hire must demonstrate at least Level 1. The expected level will vary depending on the seniority of the role.</p>

<p>We are hiring a Physiotherapist (PT), based in Portugal, motivated by delivering the best possible patient care. This PT will join our team and will work remotely within Portugal! If you'd like to be a part of what we're building, please apply.</p>

<h4><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></h4>
<p>You'll spend most of your time in <em>Patient Triage related tasks: </em></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct a comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and safety screenings, identifying clinical red flags to determine program appropriateness.</li>
<li>Clearly articulate the value and structure of the program to prospective patients, converting assessments into active participation.</li>
<li>Utilize strong interpersonal communication and motivational interviewing skills to inspire patient commitment and long-term compliance.</li>

<h4><strong>What you need to have</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy;</li>
<li>A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders AND/OR in the treatment of pelvic health disorders;</li>
<li>A passion for personalized care that recognizes the whole person, and views good health as more than just the absence of disease;</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills that come across even through a digital care workspace, translating in the ability to engage our members;</li>
<li>Hard-working and able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment;</li>
<li>A strong commitment to data security and privacy;</li>
<li>Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive assessment work;</li>
<li>Fluency in English;</li>
<li>Reliable internet connection and a desktop or laptop computer;</li>
<li>Comfortable with web-based tools (full training provided).</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><br></strong><strong>A plus if you have experience in:</strong></p>

<li>Completion of additional formal pelvic health education course(s), such as level 1 pelvic coursework (or equivalent);</li>

The range reflects base salary plus any variable, bonus, or sales incentives, and our estimate of the value of private company stock options where applicable. It's subject to change, and future stock value isn't guaranteed.
