<h1>Senior Product Manager – Consumer Lifecycle</h1> <p><strong>Location:</strong> London, United Kingdom&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Employment type:</strong> Permanent, full-time, Office first</p> <h2>Team description</h2> <p>The Consumer Lifecycle team owns the product experience that turns SumUp app signups into active, transacting customers - from onboarding through to first transaction and ongoing engagement.&nbsp; As the sole Product Manager for consumer activation and engagement, you&nbsp; will own that funnel end to end, improving conversion at every stage.&nbsp;</p> <h2>What you'll do</h2> <ul> <li>Own the consumer onboarding funnel end to end: signup, identity verification (KYC), first funding, first transaction and habitual use</li> <li>Identify and ship product improvements at the biggest drop-off points, starting with the gap between KYC completion and first transaction</li> <li>Balance fraud and verification controls with a smooth, user-friendly product experience</li> <li>Run discovery, experimentation and iteration cycles against activation targets, and report progress to consumer leadership</li> </ul> <h2>You'll be great for this role if…</h2> <ul> <li>Experience leading a consumer product area with clear commercial and KPI accountability</li> <li>Strong track record of prioritising effectively across competing demands from multiple teams and stakeholders</li> <li>Experience driving engagement or retention within a consumer-facing mobile app used at scale</li> <li>Comfort balancing risk or compliance requirements against a smooth, user-friendly product experience</li> <li>Ability to build strong relationships across engineering, design, data and marketing, and communicate progress clearly to leadership</li> </ul> <h2>Why you should join SumUp</h2> <ul> <li>🌎 Opportunity to work with a truly global, multicultural team from our London Bridge location.
