We have in-depth knowledge of specific solution offerings and a deep understanding of customer challenges. We align with specialist product sellers on deals, advise the broader pre-sales team on complex opportunities, support pipeline development and revenue attainment, serve as an advisor on go-to-market sales plays, and provide critical insights to our product and engineering teams.</p> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <ul> <li>You will collaborate closely with sales and pre-sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue targets, while also educating the product and engineering teams on market trends and strongly influencing the product roadmap</li> <li>You will develop deep relationships with senior customer business leaders and grow Stripe's solution offerings with new and existing customers</li> <li>As a subject matter expert, you will scale the broader organization by creating reusable assets and coaching others on complex, high-value opportunities</li> <li>As a Specialist Solutions Architect for Crypto and Stablecoins, you will lead in-depth product discussions with Stripe's top users and prospects and execute against our go-to-market strategy for Stripe's crypto and stablecoin products, including Bridge and Privy</li> <li>You will serve as a trusted advisor for business and technical stakeholders—CTOs, CFOs, Heads of Digital Assets, and Treasury teams—helping them understand how stablecoin infrastructure can power faster, cheaper, and more programmable money movement globally</li> </ul> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Act as a subject matter expert on Stripe's crypto and stablecoin products—including Bridge and Privy—to accelerate opportunities globally</li> <li>Demonstrate a deep understanding of digital asset infrastructure, stablecoin protocols, blockchain networks, and crypto payment solutions</li> <li>Understand the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements for crypto and stablecoin implementations across jurisdictions (MiCA, US regulatory landscape, and beyond)</li> <li>Define, share, and learn best practices and reusable assets with the broader GTM organization to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team</li> <li>Create reference architectures to uplevel the team and refine reference solutions based on product enhancements and customer feedback</li> <li>Partner closely with the crypto product sales team on Stripe's largest crypto opportunities, leading solution strategy and owning key customer relationships</li> <li>Partner closely with the Bridge and Privy product teams to get early exposure to new products and features</li> <li>Serve as a "Voice of the Customer" internally to drive product and feature request prioritization</li> <li>Identify and summarize trends in the stablecoin and digital asset ecosystem, and provide actionable insights to product stakeholders and sales</li> <li>Act as an escalation point to drive complex technical issues to resolution with Stripe's engineering team</li> <li>Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation in the digital asset space</li> <li>Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, and trade shows focused on crypto and blockchain technology</li> </ul> <h2>Who You Are</h2> <p>We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.</p> <h3>Minimum Requirements</h3> <ul> <li>7+ years of technical sales or solutions engineering experience, ideally within fintech, crypto, or blockchain companies</li> <li>3+ years of hands-on experience with cryptocurrency, stablecoins, or blockchain technology implementations</li> <li>Deep understanding of stablecoin protocols, DeFi ecosystems, and crypto payment infrastructure</li> <li>Experience with blockchain APIs and integrating digital asset solutions into traditional financial systems</li> <li>Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing digital assets&nbsp;</li> <li>Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, comfortable explaining complex crypto concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences</li> <li>A proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners</li> <li>Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment</li> </ul> <h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of software engineering and architecture patterns, with the ability to understand how blockchain technologies and traditional financial systems interact</li> <li>Experience enabling and scaling a GTM team in the crypto or fintech space</li> <li>Experience with traditional payment systems and how they integrate with crypto infrastructure</li> <li>Background in treasury management, corporate finance, or digital asset custody solutions</li> <li>Experience in systems design, with a background building and deploying complex crypto applications</li> <li>Understanding of cross-border payments and international money movement regulations</li> </ul>
