<p>We are looking for an entrepreneurial <strong>Chief of Staff / Right Hand — Private Founder </strong>based in Florianópolis to work directly with the founder. </p>
<ul>
<li class="p1">Type: Full-time, PJ or CLT (negotiable)</li>
<li class="p1">Compensation: R$12.000–20.000/month depending on experience, plus travel and expenses</li>
<li class="p1">Languages: Fluent English and native Portuguese — both mandatory. Fluency in Spanish is a bonus</li>

<p class="p2"><strong>The role</strong></p>
<p class="p2">An international entrepreneur based in Florianópolis is hiring a right hand to run the operational side of his life and projects. This is not a traditional executive assistant role. You will not manage a calendar all day. You will be given ambiguous, high-stakes problems and be expected to come back with vetted solutions.</p>
<p class="p2">One week you might be finding and vetting the best orthopedist in Santa Catarina. The next, sourcing a private chef, negotiating with a construction supplier in the Serra, coordinating a property transaction with a cartório, or building a shortlist of landscape contractors for a rural hospitality development in Urubici.</p>
<p class="p2">Your job, condensed: find the best of anything, vet it, negotiate it, and manage it to completion — without being chased.</p>
<p><strong>What you’ll be working on:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li class="p1">Source and vet professionals and vendors across every domain: medical, legal, construction, hospitality, domestic staff, logistics</li>
<li class="p1">Manage vendor relationships end-to-end: quotes, negotiation, contracts, follow-through, quality control</li>
<li class="p1">Support an active rural development project in Urubici (Serra Catarinense): coordinating architects, engineers, suppliers, and local authorities — you manage the people, not the construction itself</li>
<li class="p1">Handle bureaucracy: cartórios, prefeituras, despachantes, documentation for a family with international structure</li>
<li class="p1">Solve one-off problems fast: travel logistics, imports, repairs, events, anything</li>
<li class="p1">Build and maintain a documented network of trusted contacts (your "black book" becomes an asset of the role)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Who you probably are?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li class="p1">3–7 years of experience in one of these worlds:</li>
<li class="p1">Guest relations / concierge / guest experience at a genuine luxury property (Relais & Châteaux level)</li>
<li class="p1">Executive assistant or chief of staff to a founder, executive, or family office principal</li>
<li class="p1">Luxury travel design or high-end lifestyle management</li>
<li class="p1">You have a real network in Santa Catarina — or you know exactly how to build one, because you understand that Brazil runs on indicação, not Google</li>
<li class="p1">You are relentlessly resourceful: given "find me the best X" with no further instructions, you return a vetted shortlist within 48 hours</li>
<li class="p1">You close loops. Nobody ever has to ask you "what happened with that?"</li>
<li class="p1">You are discreet by nature and by track record — you will have visibility into private financial and family matters, and references will be checked on exactly this point</li>
<li class="p1">Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly to the Serra (roughly 2–4 trips per month)</li>
</ul>
<p class="p1"><strong>Nice to have</strong><strong>:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li class="p1">Hospitality or tourism degree (Senac, UNIVALI, or equivalent)</li>
<li class="p1">Experience with rural properties, construction projects, or real estate transactions</li>
<li class="p1">Experience serving international/expat principals</li>
</ul>
<p class="p2"><strong>What this is not</strong><strong>:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li class="p1">Not a 9-to-5. Hours are flexible but the role is responsive — problems don't keep business hours</li>
<li class="p1">Not a stepping stone into a corporate structure. This is a small, direct, high-trust operation</li>
<li class="p1">Not for people who need detailed instructions. If ambiguity stresses you, this will not be a fit</li>
</ul>
