You’ll play an integral role in the team, helping turn ideas and strategies into real, creatively executed initiatives within a fast-moving AI startup environment. 👍</p> <p><strong>What you’ll be working on:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support research and analysis across real estate data, investment opportunities, and emerging tech applications.</li> <li>Assist in building small tools or quick prototypes (e.g., using Python or no-code/AI tools) to improve workflows.</li> <li>Collect, clean, and organize local and online data to support decision-making.</li> <li>Coordinate with local stakeholders and help drive operational execution on the ground.</li> <li>Contribute to testing ideas and helping move projects from concept to execution.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who will you be working with?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work directly with the founder on day-to-day initiatives and strategic exploration.</li> <li>Collaborate across different project areas including real estate, agriculture, and tech.</li> <li>Support coordination with external partners when needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What challenges will you face?&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Working across diverse and sometimes ambiguous projects with evolving priorities.</li> <li>Balancing research, execution, and coordination tasks simultaneously.</li> <li>Figuring things out independently with limited structure or predefined processes.</li> <li>Adapting quickly and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About you:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Student or recent graduate (Computer Science, Systems, Economics, Business, or related fields).</li> <li>Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity.</li> <li>Basic coding skills (Python, data handling, or rapid prototyping).</li> <li>Based in Florianópolis.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Spanish proficiency.</li> <li>Experience with social media or content distribution.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Info:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Part-time (~20 hours/week) with flexible working hours (not a standard 9–5).</li> <li>Opportunity to convert to a full-time role.</li> <li>Monthly compensation + potential performance bonus.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Getting the job</strong></p> <p>We're actively seeking talented individuals to join our team outside of our typical hiring schedule.
