Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of&nbsp;enabling human life on Mars.</p></div><p><strong>STARLINK BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER (EUROPE GROWTH)</strong></p> <p>The Business Operations Manager role serves as the in-region business operations, data analytics &amp; trading performance manager. The primary focus of this role will be supporting with market specific trading insights, demand planning, performance analysis &amp; operational insights, tracking our market level KPIs across Europe to help inform growth opportunities &amp; decision making. &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Query internal databases and systems, build recurring and ad-hoc reports, and perform analysis to investigate business issues and identify growth or operational opportunities</li> <li>Primary local counterpart to our US based Business Operations lead for Europe, supporting with market level inputs across trading demand, retail operations &amp; growth opportunity analysis</li> <li>Support affiliate performance analysis end-to-end, including launching new programs, troubleshooting tracking or attribution issues, investigating payment discrepancies, and driving resolution with the relevant teams</li> <li>Work as part of the Consumer Growth Europe Team supporting with ad hoc forecasting, business casing and operational data investigations for both retail &amp; online channels</li> <li>Inform key business decisions at a market-by-market level using data analysis, data discovery, and forecast modelling to identify future risks and opportunities</li> <li>Maintain lightweight controls and reporting across affiliates, payments, rebates, service orders, and other critical Europe processes, improving visibility and reducing resolution time</li> </ul> <p><strong>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, mathematics, or economics</li> <li>4+ years of professional experience in consulting, product management, operations, FP&amp;A, banking, engineering, or entrepreneurship</li> <li>3+ years of professional experience in Excel or programming</li> </ul> <p><strong>PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical background and hands-on experience with SQL, data queries, large datasets, and operational analysis</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate ambiguous issues from data through root cause and resolution</li> <li>Experience creating demand or trading performance forecasting outputs within a fast-paced working environment</li> <li>Experience in Business Operations, Strategy &amp; Operations, Analytics, Product Operations, or similar roles</li> <li>Experience working with payments, incentives, affiliate programs, retail operations, or distributor economics</li> <li>Highly execution-oriented, with strong follow-through and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders without formal authority</li> <li>Strong communication skills and ability to translate business questions into data analysis and concrete actions</li> <li>Comfortable operating across multiple functions and countries in a fast-moving environment</li> <li>Experience supporting international or Latin American markets from a US-based organization</li> <li>Familiarity with consumer technology, connectivity, e-commerce, or retail businesses</li> </ul> <p><strong>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed</li> <li>Willingness to travel to customer sites, other SpaceX locations, and events as needed</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>SpaceX is an Equal Opportunity Employer; employment with SpaceX is governed on the basis of merit, competence and qualifications and will not be influenced in any manner by race, color, religion, gender, national origin/ethnicity, veteran status, disability status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, mental or physical disability or any other legally protected status.</p></div>
