BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER (STARLINK EUROPE GROWTH)</span></strong></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The Sr. Business Operations Manager's role serves as the operational counterpart for the Europe Consumer Growth team. </span><span data-contrast="auto">The role provides the Europe Consumer Growth Team with access to internal systems, data, and US-based teams that are not readily accessible in-region. The position focuses on building a data-led framework for Europe that enhances performance analysis and forecasting accuracy. By delivering agile deep dives and increased visibility of relevant insight, the role will drive informed cross-functional alignment and targeted operational resolutions.</span></p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Query internal databases and systems, build recurring and ad-hoc reports, and perform analysis to investigate business issues and identify growth or operational opportunities</li> <li>Leverage all available data source to support ad-hoc performance deep dives and robust business casing for new propositions</li> <li>Define the data-led processes, frameworks, and structures that enable improved KPI visibility and a faster cadence of critical insights for the Europe business</li> <li>Leverage data &amp; demand trends to inform accurate demand forecasting for service subscription sales, as well as hardware production volumes by market and hardware type</li> <li>Tracking purchase orders from placement through delivery, while also identifying and coordinating issues across Logistics, Customs, Tax, Supply, and other relevant teams, when required</li> <li>Support our retail operations &amp; consumer growth team in tracking service orders, distributor rebates, incentives, and other commercial programs; identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections with Finance, Payments, Retail Operations, and Distribution Operations</li> <li>Act as the Europe operational &amp; data led interface with Product, Product Growth, Retail Operations, Finance, Payments, Supply, Logistics, Tax, Distribution Operations, and other US-based teams, driving open issues through closure</li> <li>Build and maintain lightweight controls and reporting across affiliates, payments, rebates, service orders, supply execution, and other critical Europe processes, improving visibility and reducing resolution time</li> </ul> <p><strong>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, mathematics, or economics</li> <li>6+ years of professional experience in consulting, product management, operations, FP&amp;A, banking, engineering, or entrepreneurship</li> <li>4+ years of professional experience in Excel or programming</li> </ul> <p><strong>PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical background and hands-on experience with SQL, data queries, large datasets, and operational analysis</li> <li>Experience working with payments, incentives, affiliate programs, retail operations, supply chain, or distributor economics</li> <li>Experience in Business Operations, Strategy &amp; Operations, Analytics, Product Operations, or similar roles</li> <li>Experience leading demand or trading performance forecasting outputs within a fast-paced working environment</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate ambiguous issues from data through root cause and resolution</li> <li>Highly execution-oriented, with strong follow-through and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders without formal authority</li> <li>Strong communication skills and ability to translate business questions into data analysis and concrete actions</li> <li>Comfortable operating across multiple functions and countries in a fast-moving environment</li> <li>Familiarity with consumer technology, connectivity, e-commerce, or retail businesses</li> <li>Fluent in both spoken and written English</li> </ul> <p><strong>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed</li> <li>Willingness to travel to customer sites, other SpaceX locations, and events as needed</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>SpaceX is an Equal Opportunity Employer; employment with SpaceX is governed on the basis of merit, competence and qualifications and will not be influenced in any manner by race, color, religion, gender, national origin/ethnicity, veteran status, disability status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, mental or physical disability or any other legally protected status.</p></div>
